lite version of the kcal application. KCal is a calorie counter application for mobile phones. An on-the-go database of calories and nutrition information for a variety of everyday food and drink.

Search the 'Hamper' of food for a particular item, or add your own nutrition information to the database. Select your favourites from the list and change the size of the portion, in either metric or imperial, to fit what you have eaten. At the end of the day see how many calories you have consumed and compare to your daily recommended allowance.

Particularly suited to people who are dieting or simply interested in the nutritional content of the food they are eating, calorie counter offers a portable alternative to diet manuals and calorie websites.

The Calorie Counter is designed to assist a healthy lifestyle in which calorie intake is only one of the considerations. Regular excercise and an appropriate amount and type of food is important.
